Order Processing Time – We process and pack all VYRO orders within 2 to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time – Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-20 business days from the date of being shipped.
Where we deliver – We offer worldwide shipping with a few regional exceptions due to postal restrictions. We currently do not ship to:
- All orders – Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Gaza Strip.
- Certain Orders (based on shipping routes) – Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Israel, Tajikistan, Bhutan, Libya, Turkmenistan, Brunei, Niue, Yemen, Haiti, Iran, South Sudan
Shipping Costs – Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. We work hard to keep international rates as affordable and transparent as possible.
Tracking Your Order – Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.
returns & refunds
At VYRO, we stand by the quality of every product we send out. However, if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.
You’re eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your package is lost in transit
- Your order is returned due to a courier issue or invalid address (we’ll offer to reship once resolved)
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date for undelivered packages. In some cases, we may request photos of the product to confirm the issue.
Refund Processing – Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll begin processing immediately. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
