How does it work?
- Reach out to us with your vision – To get started, simply send us a message via our contact form, Instagram DMs, or email. In your message, tell us:
- What type of product you want customized — t-shirts, hoodies, hats, swimwear, tote bags, etc.
- Size(s) you need — individual or bulk orders are welcome
- What you want on it — this could be a custom phrase, an image, logo, artwork, photo, or any combination. You can describe your idea or attach your file (JPG, PNG, PDF, or even a sketch — we’ll guide you from there).
- We Review & Send You a Custom Quote – Once we’ve received your request, we’ll carefully review your design and product details. Based on your chosen item(s), print complexity, design placement, and delivery location, we’ll send you a personalized quote within 1–2 business days. There are no hidden costs, and we’ll clearly outline everything — from printing and production to estimated delivery. If needed, we can also send you a digital preview/mockup of the final design.
- You Approve, We Print – Once you accept the quote, we’ll move forward with production. Your custom item(s) will be printed using premium-quality materials and professional printing techniques (like DTG or embroidery, depending on the item).
- Delivered to Your Door – When your custom design is ready, we’ll ship it directly to you, worldwide. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey from the moment it leaves to the moment it lands at your doorstep. Expect delivery within 7–14 days, depending on your location and product type.
